This is my favorite balsamic vinegar to use for salad dressings. Add 1 tsp of OO and 1 to 1 1/2 tsps of the balsamic vinegar for a great dressing. There's lots of berry flavor and some sugar already in it.
I usually buy it in Napa when I'm there but since I won't be going there anytime soon and I'm almost out I ordered it through their website www.deananddeluca.com. It's $16 a bottle.
